Still no news on the club sale despite “hope

They say no news is good news; clearly not in this case. Liverpool fans are still left wondering what is happening regarding the sale of the club, despite talk in July that the club was ‘on course’...

Morientes moves to Valencia

Morientes Fernando Morientes has returned to spain and joined Valencia for an undisclosed fee

Nando leaves Anfield after scoring just 12 times in 61 appearances. Morientes was recently left out of the Spanish squad for the world cup despite his previous good international record (scoring 26 goals in 43 international appearances)

Rumours are flying around that the fee is around £3.5 million, quite a lot less than the £6.3 million transfer to the reds in 2005.

Comments are welcome on his performance for Liverpool whether they are good or bad. Should he have tried another season and who will replace him?

the guy whose keeping Kuyt out of the dutch team and top scored in the EPL not to mention outscoring him in the WC sells for less than Fey– want for Kuyt. Somethings wrong here. I hope he ends up a wonderful player but is he that now.

LIVERPOOL DOES’NT NEED PLAYERS LIKE VAN NISTELROOY

Liverpool should go in for van nistelrooy ,he is a proven goal scorer which we do not have at the moment.

That would be awesome, but he’d never move from United to Liverpool…

that he didn’t perform better, he’s certainly shown he’s capable in the past. Hope he does well back in Spain, maybe he will return under rafa again one day?

Always off the pace. His supposed great heading abilty was rarely seen.Off the pace, and now off the wage bill.I bet his does well for the Che though.

he never wanted to be at the club. It looked as if he was just at Anfield for his huge wages! he lacked any passion for the liverpool shirt and as far as im conserned we payed far too much for him in the first place. Im glad hes gone because he had the heart to demand huge wages and then he hadnt the heart to battle, get possession, keep possession, or score! Nando contributed nothing in the time he was a red. good luck nando…with your next wage negotiation.

well at last sombody who has the guts to say how they really feel

Never say never! :p

Anelka is proven scorer in premier league. He got the pace and skill n even mentioned he wanted to return to Anfield if ever possible…
