Alberto Aquliani has returned to the starting line up against Bolton today at Anfield, with Lucas going onto the bench. N’Gog starts upfront; with Kuyt, Gerrard and Riera behind him.
The team in full is: Reina, Insua, Carragher, Skrtel, Kyrgiakos, Mascherano, Aquilani, Gerrard, Riera, Kuyt, Ngog. Subs: Cavalieri, Agger, Rodriguez, Babel, Lucas, Darby, Pacheco.
A good win today but we aint out of the woods yet not by a long shot i almost passed out when i saw that lucas wasnt in the side! we played alot better without him but as usual in and around the 60th-62nd min the sub was made with as usual AA making way for rafa’s boyfriend! id much prefer the partnership of masch and AA in the middle its more effective than having lucas in the side,if rafa thinks we dont need a striker then he really is the dumbest bastard on the planet we all know kuyt isnt a striker he shouldn’t be a liverpool player how the hell rafa said his prority is a RB is beyond belief we got agger,darby,kelly,degen good enuf back up’s it proof that ngog isnt the answer with his 3 yard miss today fcuk my 3yr old could of scored that! and yet again pacheco on the bench getting splinters! 5 games now stuck on the bench,i see another of our loanee’s scored for huddesfield today in ecclestone another player that is more than capable of making it in to our first team but rafa needs to grow bigger balls and show more faith in them.
So on to the mersey derby next week which will be a massive test then arsenal and man c id be a happy man if we can get 9 pts from those 3 games im aiming high but i aint holding out for that tho but we’ll see.

Yes Kev after a slow start Kyri has done well. There HAS to be something in Benitez’s mind which won’t allow him to put Pach on the pitch. The Bolton game was just the one to let him have a run and confirm, not show, that he can do it at PL level. We will lose Pach I am absolutely certain if he is not given game time. Oh sorry, I forgot, of course Pach has to keep working hard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes three big games coming up and like you 9 points would be an absolute bonus. But we can’t forget the way we play, well one game and crap the next. Which will come out against the Toffees?
3 valuable pts yesterday, yes george 3 big games coming up, i’d be happy with a draw at arsenal but everton and especially man city are must wins, really hate being without the champs league excitment this season already, let alone next season too, it’s about time aquilani started every game and justify his £20 million price tag, well done to kyrgiakos for stepping in like he has done & insua for finally getting his game together just recently.
