A Video Every Liverpool Fan Must Watch

Bill Shankly is arguably the most famous figure in Liverpool Football Club’s illustrious history.

 

A charismatic man who realised his dream of turning us into English football’s most dominant force, the Scot’s spirit has quite rightly been immortalised in the very foundations of our club.

 

His name is synonymous with the very meaning of the ‘Liverpool way’ and it is his legacy that has seen us go on and conquer Europe on no fewer than five occasions, while monopolising the domestic game for over two decades.

    think brendan rodgers has some similiraties with shanks. As shankly did he is intelligently drumming in the press, that liverpool are a great club and few players can come and improve the team and that it s an honour and privelage to play for LFC.

    Quite simply THE GREATEST , I remember getting back from Wembley in 71 on the Sunday night and my ma said to me don’t worry son SHANKS said we’ll win it next year , if he said it you believed it . It was 74 when we next won it , and then he retired and just like them kids in the video you couldn’t believe it , loved the man
