Fabio Borini’s squad number revealed

After agreeing terms and completing a medical Fabio Borini is now officially a Liverpool player.

He has requested the 29 shirt as it’s his lucky number. Borini has never been able to wear his lucky number at a professional club as it has always been in use.

We’d like to welcome Fabio Borini to the club and hope his lucky number 29 brings him lots of goals for Liverpool.

Lucky for us that the boy never got a game in Europa for Italy. His price would have sky rocketed. Now we have a player with pace, skills and game intelligence. Suarez and Borini will be scary prospect for defenders as both players do not play in fixed position and are moving all the time. Borini will offer Suarez better options to receive or pass the ball to, which neither Kuyt nor Carroll offer. So called world class defenders like John Terry and Rio-the smack head will be suffering from a disease called Anus Horibilis when they face the Liverpool pair in early season.
