    Carroll was rubbish, so let’s not stress over his departure and, if we are truly behind BR, let’s support him fully. He wasn’t given money to buy big and I think he has spent wisely. If Dempsey wanted to come to Anfield, he would have walked up the motorway. BR said he only wanted players who REALLY want to wear our shirt for the right reason. For me Dempsey seems like Sigurdsson. Yes we are very thin up front but Carroll couldn’t score anyway so what have we lost? People are talking about Babel, Ngoc etc etc.but none were PL standard, certainly not Cole and boy are we stuck with him and his wages. Pachecho didn’t move and just maybe, like Sterling, he may do something which makes BR change his mind about him. All in all we are paying for our poor season last year.

      Yeah even tho I was originally a little disappointed we didn’t sign a few more players before the deadline I’ve now had abit more time to think about it.
      The last few seasons we have had a very strong youth setup, but it has been very hard for these players to be given the chance.

      So we gotta look at how much Adam, Carroll and Spearing contributed last season.. Well the simple answer is not much considering there prolly on around £180K + per week.. I would rather see young talents like Suso, Spearing, Morgan, Ngoo etc be given the chance, rather than having the players we let go taking up a spot on the bench.. Plus with the arrival of Sahin and Allen we all knew that Adam and Spearing weren’t really gonna get much of a sniff.
