Jonjo acquitted himself well and did what both Downing and Henderson couldn’t do the whole match. With that showing , I am sure he is in front of the two in the pecking order. In fact he is playing better than even Stevie G. It is only a matter of time when the crowd is going to turn against Stevie G. He has been poor in almost all the games he has played in since his return from injury. Branden has set up the team to pass and move, but Stevie tends to play hollywood kind of passes with is going against the grain. For me I think Stevie could move to the right back position and can overlap. Tomorrow will be another game where you can expect him to play poorly. You can by one hand the number of times Stevie has played well against united since his debut. The Liverpool youngsters came back against the Young Boys in Europa league. Ecause Stevie was not playing. With Stevie, the game would have been lost as he can no longer influence games as in the past. With Stevie in the team , the others stop playing as Stevie keeps demanding the ball and keeps giving it away. If Branden wants to win tomorrow, he has to do the right thing, drop Stevie, Downing, Henderson and bring in Sahin, Asaidi, Jonjo into the first eleven. Also it is about time Jack Robunson is given a run at left back. He is not going to perform any worst than Johnson and Enrique. Both tend to hold on to ball ore than required and have cost the team the game as well. Not looking forward to this game as Liverpool are still not settled. Players are losing concentration and making silly mistakes in all the games played thus far. Thought these mistakes should have been resolved in season friendliest.
